Beniarbeig is situated along the Girona River which flows between the province of Valencia and the Racons Ravine. Beniarbeig is on of the largest villages in the area.(approv 1200 residents).A rich and prosperous agricultural village growing mainly citrus fruit, the village has some buildings of architectural interest. The local church, the village school and the town hall,(ayuntimiento) are worth a visit.The village of Beniarbieg has expanded over recent years and offers a quiet rural atmosphere hidden from the mass tourism found on the coast.
