The Properties

The apartment architecture was designed by prestigious architect Melvin Villarroel, who imbues each one with his "void" concept. He is the authentic master behind the conception and execution of that architecture. A comprehensive design that allows him to very skilfully combine open spaces: sun, air, plants, water and architecture. Terraces of over 20 m2 become small private gardens. The interior and exterior lines become diluted, with all the aforementioned elements coming together at the same point.

These high-quality construction, tiered apartments rise in the midst of a gardened paradise. They feature three and four stories of an earthy colour, and use traditional stylistic resources. All one, two and three bedroom homes have large terraces right across from the golf course.

The villas and semi-detached houses are in keeping with the style of those previously built, supplementing a very harmonious architectural complex.
